Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assist with daily in-home care. This role involves providing essential hands-on support, ensuring patient well-being, and maintaining a high standard of care in a home setting.

Responsibilities:

✅ Assist with colostomy care and hygiene maintenance
✅ Support immobile individuals, ensuring comfort and safety
✅ Utilize or learn to use a Hoyer lift for safe patient transfers
✅ Provide assistance with incontinence care in a professional and respectful manner
✅ Monitor patient well-being and report any significant health changes
✅ Follow individualized care plans and provide companionship and reassurance

Requirements:

🔹 Active Florida LPN License
🔹 CPR Certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross preferred)
🔹 Previous experience in home care or willingness to be trained
🔹 Patience, reliability, and a compassionate attitude
🔹 Ability to travel to the client’s home in Port St. Lucie
